Annotation Tato práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem vstřikovací a vyfukovací formy urče-ných k výrobě PET láhve. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní informace z oblasti zpracování plastů vstřikováním a vyfukováním a z oblasti konstrukce forem. V praktické části byl navrhnut design láhve a provedena konstrukce 2D a 3D sestav forem s využitím školní verze CATIA V5R15. Formy byly navrhnuty za použití normálií od firmy HASCO. Dále byla provedena toková analýza vstřikovaného dílu v programu Moldflow Plastic Insight 6.1.
Annotation in English This project is design of injection and blowing mold for PET bottle. Basic informa-tion from sphere injection and blowing plastic and mold construction has introduced in theory part. In practise part has designed design PET bottle and it has designed in 2D and 3D sets of molds. It has implemented in school version of program CATIA V5R15. HASCO normalized parts have been used. In the final part of this project has been made a flow analysis of the injection molded part using the Moldflow Plastic Insight 6.1.
