Annotation Diplomová práce se zabývá lepivostí elastomeru v závislosti na materiálu formy. Zkoušeným výrobkem je hřídelový těsnící kroužek, který vzniká v dutině formy vulkanizací směsi. Vzniklý výrobek se vyjímá z formy ručně po jejím otevření. Další část práce se týká konstrukce vstřikovací formy pro pryžový díl. Forma je určena pro zkoušení lepivosti směsi a vulkanizátu. Skládá se z horních a spodních dílů, které zajišťují její funkčnost.
Annotation in English Diploma work consider elastomer adhesiveness and its dependence on material of mould. Tested product is spring-energized seal, which origin is in cavity of mould by the vulcanization of a mixture. A injection molded piece is removed outside the mould by hand after its opening. Next part of work concerns with design a construction of injection mould for a rubber component. This mould is determinated for testing of adhesiveness of mixtures and vulkanizate. It consist of upper and bottom parts that provide its function.
