Disertační práce je zaměřena na hodnocení efektivnosti lidského faktoru a jeho vlivu na implementaci. K zobecnění závěrů týkajících se jeho působení v rámci implementačního týmu byl uskutečněn výzkum mezi dodavateli ERP systémů na českém trhu. K jeho hlubšímu a podrobnějšímu zkoumání pak byly zvoleny projekty implementace světového informačního systému s dlouhodobě silným postavením na českém trhu - Microsoft Navision. \newline Posláním disertační práce je zabývat se efektivností implementace z nového, dosud nepopsaného pohledu, který vychází z potřeby více se soustředit na lidský faktor - lidské zdroje, které jsou nositelem stanovených cílů i realizace projektu vedoucí k jejich naplnění. Disertační práce potvrdila tezi, že jak personální složení, tak kvalita organizace práce implementačního týmu mají prokazatelný vliv na celkovou efektivnost realizovaného ERP projektu. Výzkum, který je součástí disertace, byl proveden ve spolupráci s Centrem pro výzkum informačních systémů (CVIS) - odbornou sekcí České společnosti pro systémovou integraci, jako dílčí část výzkumného projektu? Hodnocení lidského faktoru a jeho vlivu na efektivnost implementace ERP systémů?

This dissertation is aimed at the evaluation of effectiveness of the human factor and its impact on implementation. The research among ERP system suppliers in the Czech market was done in order to draw generalisations and conclusions concerning the human factor and its effect within implementation team. Implementation projects of the world-class Microsoft Navision information system - with its longterm and powerful position on the Czech market was choosen for a deeper and more detailed research of the human factor.\newline The mission of this dissertation is to deal with the effectiveness of implementation phase from a new-still undescribed point-of-view, which is based upon the need for a closer concentration on the human factor. The human factor is the bearer of given aims, as well as the realization of the project leading to its fulfilment. This dissertation confirmed the thesis - i.e. the perssonel structure as well as the quality of the organization of work within the implementation team have a demonstrable impact on the overall effectiveness of the realized ERP project.\newline The research, which forms part of this dissertation, were done in cooperation with the Centre of Investigation into Information Systems (CVIS) - the special interest group of Czech Society for System Integration, as a subtask of the research project? Evaluation of the Human Factor and its Impact on the Effectiveness of ERP Systems Implementation?
