Annotation Tato práce je zaměřena na krizové řízení vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část definuje zá-kladní pojmy krizového řízení. Jsou zde také popsány vybrané analýzy rizik, a popsán Business Continuity Management. Praktická část je zaměřena na vybranou společnost v rámci, které je realizována analýza rizik, posouzení aktuálního stavu opatření a následně jsou realizovány návrhy optimalizace. A dále jsou zpracovány návrhy v rámci Business Continuity Plan pro vybranou společnost.
Annotation in English This work is focused on crisis management of selected company. The theoretical part de-fines the basic concepts of crisis management. Also are herein described selected risk ana-lyzes, and described Business Continuity Management. The practical part is focused on the selected company, within which the risk analysis, assessment of the current state of the measure is carried out and then the optimization proposals are implemented. And then there are proposals Business Continuity Plan for selected company.

Tato práce je zaměřena na krizové řízení vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část definuje zá-kladní pojmy krizového řízení.
