Annotation Diplomová práca sa zaoberá interakciou kyseliny hyalurónovej v troch molekulových hmotnostiach s prírodnými extraktami, konkrétne s esenciálními olejmi elemi, geranium a ylang-ylang. Študuje ich interakcie a popisuje fyzikálne a povrchové vlastnosti týchto látok. Teoretická časť je zameraná na charakteristiku kyseliny hyalurónovej ako významného polysacharidu ktorý sa nachádza prirodzene v ľudskom a tele a má široké uplatnenie v medicíne, farmácií a kozmetike.Druhá časť je venovaná esenciálnym olejom, ich charakteristike, výrobe a rozdeleniu chemických látok, ktoré sa v nich vyskytujú. V praktickej časti sa popisujú vybrané metódy sstanovenia, príprava skúmaných roztokov a jednotlivé aplikované metódy stanovenia ako sú chromatografická analýza, stanovenie povrchového napätia, viskozity vodivosti, veľkosti častíc a zeta potenciálu.
Annotation in English The thesis deals with the interaction of hyaluronic acid in three molecular weights with natural extracts, specifically with essential oils elemi, geranium and ylang-ylang. Studies their interactions and describe the physical and surface properties of these substances. . The theoretical part is focused on the characteristic of hyaluronic acid as a significant polysaccharide which is found naturally in human and body and has wide application in medicine, pharmacy and cosmetics. The second part is devoted to essential oils, their characteristics, production and distribution of chemical substances that occur in them. In the practical part are described selected methods of determination, preparation of the investigated solutions and individual applied methods of determination such as chromatographic analysis, determination of surface tension, conductivity viscosity, particle size and zeta potential.
