Annotation Diplomová práce analyzuje společnost v oblasti marketingu a prodeje, podává návrh variantních řešení strategií s výběrem jedné optimální vzhledem k současným podmínkám a přístupu vedení k riziku.
Annotation in English Diploma work is about strategic planning. Im dealing with basic definitions of these problems in theoretical part. For an analytical part I chose only some of methods like segmentation and SWOT analysis and I established strategy from the view of marketing mix and I used script method vor suggestion of variable strategic solution in three spheres.
