Annotation V práci byla studována biodegradace N-oktyl-2-pyrrolidonu pomoci dvou kultur, které byly izolovány z povrchové vody. Cílem bylo pokusit se zjistit úlohu jednotlivých kultur při rozkladu této látky. Byla provedena řada pokusů růstu kultur i na strukturních částech N-oktyl2-pyrrolidonu, tj. na oktanu, pyrrolidonu, ale také na N-methylpyrrolidonu a N-ethylpyrrolidonu. Výsledky ukázaly, že kultura Dr2 zahajuje rozklad, neboť je schopna využívat oktan ke svému růstu a taky vykazuje slabý růst na samotném N-oktyl-2-pyrrolidonu. Kultura Dr1 nebyla schopna růstu na žádné látce, avšak její růst se projevil na metabolitech kultury Dr2 po částečné degradaci N-oktyl-2-pyrrolidonu.
Annotation in English In this bachelor thesis, the biodegradation of N-octyl-2-pyrrolidone was studied using 2 strains, which were isolated previously from the surface water. Main goal was to find out, how the strains work separately in the decomposition of this substance. A lot of experiments aimed to the strains growth on N-octyl-2-pyrrolidone and its structural parts such as octane and pyrrolidone, were realized; also an utilization of N-methylpyrrolidone and N-ethylpyrrolidone by the strains was examined. Obtained results showed that strain Dr2 started the decomposition, because it was able to use octane for its growth and was able to partial utilization of N-octyl-2-pyrrolidone as well. Strain Dr1 was not able to grow on any of tested substances, but its growth proceeded on metabolites originated from partial degradation of N-octyl-2-pyrrolidone performed by strain Dr2.
