Cílem této práce je na základě teoretické části zabývající se založením podniku a podnikání vytvořit fungující a stabilní podnikatelský subjekt v areálu zoologické zahrady. Praktická část je rozdělena na část analytickou a část projektovou. V analytické části je popsán sou-časný stav areálu, který je shrnut ve SWOT analýze. V projektové části je popsána idea podnikatelského záměru, dále je proveden rozbor fixních a variabilních nákladů, stanovení velikosti objednávek a dodací podmínky. Ve finančním plánu je zobrazen stav výsledku hospodaření do konce roku a výhled na tři následující roky. Dále je pak sestavena analýza rizik vztahující se k podnikání v této lokaci. Následně je vytvořen přibližný časový harmo-nogram od zahájení výstavby zajištěnou areálem po den otevření provozovny.

The aim of this thesis is to create a functioning and stable business entity in the zoological garden based on the theoretical part dealing with set up a business and enterprise unit. The practical part is divided into analytical and project part. The analytical part describes the current state of the complex, which is summarized in the SWOT analysis. The project part describes the idea of a business plan, then are analyzed the fixed and variable costs, deter-mined the amount of orders and delivery terms. The financial plan shows the balance of results for the year and the outlook for the next three years. Then there is a risk analysis related to business in this location. Subsequently, an approximate time schedule is created from the start of construction provided by the site to the day of opening the establishment.
