Bakalářská práce se zabývá podnikatelským záměrem v oblasti finančního trhu, konkrétně rozšířením činnosti hypotečního centra Vašebudoucnost.cz do města Zlína. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou.
Teoretická část popisuje co je to podnikatel, podnik a také se zabývá tvorbou podnikatelského plánu. Dále je v teoretické části popsán hypoteční trh a také teorie týkající se finančních výkazů.
Praktická část se zabývá analýzou situace na finančním trhu a zpracováním podnikatelského plánu na téma rozšíření činnosti podnikatele v oblasti finančního trhu.

The bachelor thesis is focused on a business plan in the sphere of financial market, specifically on extending activities of the mortgage centre Vašebudoucnost.cz to the city of Zlín. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part describes concepts of entrepreneur and business and it also deals with a creation of a business plan. In the theoretical part is also described financial market and the theory concerning financial reports.
The practical part deals with an analysis of the situation on the financial market and elaboration of a business plan on the topic of expanding the business activities in the financial market.
