Annotation Tato práce je zaměřená na přípravu 1-adamantylmethylmagnesiumbromidu z vhodné a dostupné výchozí látky a průzkum reaktivity připraveného Grignardova činidla. Práce měla dva hlavní body. Jednak přípravu vhodných ketonů s využitím zmíněného Grignardova činidla, a dále průzkum možností zavedení nitroskupiny na připravené ketony elektrofilní aromatickou substitucí.
Annotation in English This work is aimed to prepare of 1-adamantylmethylmagnesium bromide from suitable and available precursors and to examine the reactivity of prepared Grignard reagent. Two main branches were explored. At first, the proper ketones were prepared using mentioned Grignard reagent and more, electrophylic aromatic nitrations yielding coresponding nitroketones were examined.

Tato práce je zaměřená na přípravu 1-adamantylmethylmagnesiumbromidu z vhodné a dostupné výchozí látky a průzkum reaktivity připraveného Grignardova činidla. Práce měla dva hlavní body.
