Diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením investice a výběrem jejího financování pro danou společnost. Předmětem investičního projektu je nákup nového nákladního automobilu. V první části práce jsou na základě literární rešerše nastíněny zejména teoretické poznatky související s problematikou investic, s hodnocením i s riziky, které tyto investice přináší. Praktická část práce je nejprve shrnuje současný stav podnikání včetně provedené SWOT analýzy a finanční analýzy. Následně je popsána plánovaná investice a stanoveny parametry jejího zhodnocení. Investice je poté podrobena hodnocení efektivnosti a je zde uvedena vhodnost jejího přijetí. V závěru práce jsou nastíněny možnosti financování investičního záměru spolu s doporučením. Nedílnou součást práce tvoří riziková analýza projektu.
Annotation in English
The thesis deals with the evaluation of the investment and the choice of its financing for the company. The subject of the investment project is the purchase of a new lorry. In the first part of the work are based on the literature search outlined especially the theoretical knowledge related to the issue of investment, the evaluation and the risks that these in-vestments bring. The practical part of the thesis summarizes the current state of business including SWOT analysis and financial analysis. Subsequently, the planned investment and parameters of its evaluation are described. The investment is then subjected to an efficiency assessment and the appropriateness of its acceptance. At the end of the thesis there are out-lined the possibilities of financing the investment plan together with the recommendation. Risk analysis of the project forms an integral part of the work.
