Diplomová práce "Návrh metodiky pro implementaci konceptu Smart City ve Zlíně" se zaobírá moderním konceptem Smart City. Teoretická část práce vysvětluje koncept Smart City a řeší, co je jeho nepostradatelnou součástí. V praktické části se práce zaměřuje na tento koncept ve statuárním městě Zlín. Nejdříve je provedena analýza současné míry implementace tohoto konceptu a na základě této analýzy jsou navrhnuty metodické postupy, dle kterých by vedení města Zlín mohlo koncept Smart City začít postupně implementovat.

The thesis "Proposal of Methodology for Implementing the Concept of a Smart City in Zlín" deals with the modern concept of Smart City. The theoretical part of thesis explains the concept of Smart City and solve what is its indispensable part of it. The practical part the thesis focuses on the concept city of Zlín. First, an analysis of the current level of im-plementation of this concept on the basis of this analysis are proposed methodology, ac-cording to which the management could gradually begin to implement concept of Smart city in Zlín.
