Diplomová práce popisuje situaci a problematiku osob se zdravotním postižením a to jednak z pohledu jich samotných, ale také z pohledu legislativy, která je úzce spjata s touto problematikou. V diplomové práci je dále analyzována problematika osob se zdravotním postižením z pohledu zaměstnanosti či nezaměstnanosti, dosaženého vzdělání a dalších možností jejich uplatnění na trhu práce v okrese Vyškov.

The diploma thesis is dealing with the issue of physically challenged people, both from their own point of view and from the legislation point of view which is closely related to the issue. In the diploma thesis, the issue of physically challenged people is further analyzed from the employment or unemployment point of view, reached qualification and further possibilities of their active participation in the labour market in the district of Vyškov.
