Tématem bakalářské práce jsou kompetence studentů ošetřovatelství v komunikaci s pacienty s komunikačními problémy. Práce je složena z teoretické a praktické části. Teore-tická část je členěna do tří kapitol. V první kapitole je vymezen pojem komunikace, význam komunikace v mezilidských vztazích, komunikační proces, typy a formy komunikace. Dru-há kapitola pojednává o komunikaci v ošetřovatelství a poslední kapitola je zaměřena na komunikaci s pacienty s různými komunikačními problémy. V kapitole jsou vymezena krité-ria komunikace s lidmi s mentálním postižením, zrakovým a sluchovým postižením, komu-nikace s pacienty jiné národnosti, kultury a komunikace s agresivními pacienty. V praktické části jsou představeny výsledky výzkumu, který byl orientován kvantitativní cestou, for-mou dotazníku. Dotazník byl určen studentům Univerzity Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně, Ústavu zdravotnických věd, oboru Všeobecná sestra a zhodnocuje informovanost studentů o ko-munikaci s lidmi s komunikačními problémy.
Annotation in English
The topic of the bachelor thesis is the competence of nursing students in communication with patients with communication problems. The thesis is composed of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter defines the concept of communication, the importance of communication in interpersonal relation-ships, the communication process, types and forms of communication. The second chapter deals with communication in nursing and the last chapter focuses on communication with patients with different communication problems. The chapter defines criteria for communi-cation with people with mental disabilities, visual and hearing impairment, communication with patients of other nationalities, culture and communication with aggressive patients. In the practical part are presented the results of the research, which was oriented in a quantita-tive way, in the form of a questionnaire. The questionnaire was designed for students of the Tomas Bata University in Zlín, the department of medical sciences, general nurse, and the students are informed about communication with people with communication problems.
