Bakalářská práce se zabývá potřebami a hodnotami pacientů během hospitalizace. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola nám objasňuje nejen vymezení základních pojmů daného tématu, ale také se zabývá klasifikací potřeb a hodnot a jejich využití v konceptuálních ošetřovatelských modelech. Druhá kapitola nám pak poukazuje na samotnou hospitalizaci v nemocnici spojenou s holistickou ošetřovatelskou péčí a právy pacientů. Třetí a poslední kapitola se zabývá úlohou sestry při uspokojování potřeb a hodnot nemocných. Zde věnujeme pozornost právům, povinnostem a kompetencím sester, ale také celkové péči a vztahu sestry s pacientem.
Praktická část je zaměřena na uspokojování potřeb a hodnot pacientů v ošetřovatelské péči poskytované všeobecnými sestrami. Tato část vychází z výsledků dotazníkového šetření mezi pacienty hospitalizovanými v krajské nemocnici na odděleních interního typu a mezi sestrami pracujících v krajské nemocnici na odděleních interního typu.
Annotation in English
The bachelor thesis deals with the needs and values of patients during hospitalization. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter clarifies not only the defi-nition of the basic concepts of the given topic, but also the classification of needs and va-lues and their use in conceptual nursing models. The second chapter then points to hospi-tal hospitalization alone associated with holistic nursing care and patient rights. The third and final chapter deals with the role of the nurse in meeting the needs and values of the ill. Here we pay attention to the rights, duties and competencies of the nurses, but also the overall care and nurse relationship with the patient.
The practical part focuses on meeting the needs and values of patients in nursing care provided by nurses. This part is based on the results of a questionnaire survey among pa-tients hospitalized at the regional hospital on internal-type departments and among nurses working at the regional hospital on internal-type departments.
