Cílem této bakalářská práce je vypracování komplexní analýzy business modelu existujícího podnikatelského subjektu s následnou inovací jednotlivých stavebních prvků. Dílčím cílem je analýza vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí, ke které byly využity vhodné analytické metody.
Na zjištěné nedostatky u analýzy business modelu byly navrženy konkrétní opatření, která povedou ke zlepšení existujícího business modelu. Výsledkem práce bude aktualizovaný návrh business modelu, který napomůže k efektivnějšímu podnikání.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to develop a comprehensive analysis of the business model of an existing business entity with subsequent innovation of individual building elements. A partial goal is the analysis of the external and internal environment, for which suitable analytical methods were used.
Specific measures were proposed for the identified shortcomings in the analysis of the business model, which will lead to the improvement of the existing business model. The result of the work will be an updated design of a business model that will help to more efficient business.
