Cílem této diplomové práce je navržení koncepce informačního systému typu Business Intelligence založeného na metodickém konceptu Balanced Scorecard se specifickým zaměřením na výrobní procesy ve vybrané společnosti. Diplomová práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je proveden kritický rozbor odborných literárních pramenů sloužící jako podklad pro zpracování následné praktické části. Analytická část se zabývá analýzou interních procesů a prostředím společnosti. Jsou identifikovány požadavky a možnosti řešení informačního systému typu Business Intelligence. Projektová část je zaměřena na konkrétní návrh informační podpory typu Business Intelligence na bázi Balanced Scorecard s využitím alternativního technologického řešení v prostředí MS Excel včetně doporučení odpovídajících opatření v oblasti řízení podpůrných procesů a reportování klíčových ukazatelů výrobních procesů. Cíle projektu byly splněny a v závěru byly rovněž navrženy kroky budoucí implementace informačního systému v praxi vybrané společnosti.

The aim of this master's thesis is to design a Business Intelligence information system conception based on a Balanced Scorecard methodical concept with a particular focus on production processes in a selected company. The master's thesis incorporates a theoretical part and a practical part. There is a critical literature review in the theoretical part as the basis for processing the subsequent practical part. The analytical part is comprised of an internal process analysis and company's environment examination. Individual Business Intelligence requirements and alternatives are identified. A specific Balanced Scorecard based Business Intelligence information support proposal using an alternative technological solution in the environment of MS Excel, including particular recommendations for consequent measures in support processes, and reporting of production key indicators, are executed in the project part. The fulfillment of the thesis goal is affirmed and lastly, a future information system implementation procedure was proposed within the company.
