Diplomová práca sa zaoberá racionalizáciou pracoviska vo výrobnej spoločnosti. Cieľom práce je zvýšenie ukazovateľa celkovej efektívnosti vybraného zariadenia. V rámci spracovania diplomovej práce bola vypracovaná literárna rešerš formulujúca východiská pre praktickú časť. Projektová časť práce bola spracovaná pomocou metódy DMAIC, ktorá postupne prechádzala jednotlivými fázami od definovania problému a stanovenia cieľov pre projekt, cez analýzu súčasného stavu, ktorá identifikovala potenciál pre zlepšenie a súčasne slúžila ako východisko pre racionalizáciu, až po kroky k štandardizácii jednotlivých návrhov. Navrhnuté riešenia boli zamerané na zníženie prestojov a plytvania na pracovisku, čo viedlo k zvýšeniu požadovaného koeficientu celkovej efektívnosti. Záver práce prezentoval prínosy a hodnotil navrhované riešenia racionalizácie.
Annotation in English
The master thesis deals with the rationalization of the workplace in the production company. The aim of the thesis is to increase the overall efficiency indicator of the selected equipment. Within elaboration of master thesis, a literary research was performed, defining the basics for the practical part. The project part of the thesis was processed using the DMAIC method, which gradually passed through the phases from defining the problem and setting the project goals through an analysis of the current situation that identified the potential for improvement, which was at the same time the basis for the rationalization up to the steps to standardize the individual suggestions. The suggested solutions were focused on reducing downtime and wastage at the workplace, leading to an increase in the required overall equipment efficiency factor. The conclusion of thesis presented benefits and evaluated suggested rationalization solutions.
