Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem vnějšího a vnitřního bezpečnostního prostředí a jeho vlivem na přípravu složek Integrovaného záchranného systému. V práci této je popsán vývoj bezpečnostního prostředí České republiky s důrazem na nejvýznamnější aspekty, Další oblastí, kterou práce řeší je oblast základních pojmů a legislativy v oblasti bezpečnosti a Integrovaného záchranného systému. Pro práci je důležité kvalitní zpracování rešerší právních norem a strategických dokumentů České republiky. Praktická část práce charakterizuje aktuální hrozby, které mohou ohrozit bezpečnost státu a popisuje taktická cvičení složek integrovaného záchranného systému společně s novými trendy v oblasti technického vybavení.

This bachelor thesis deals with the development of the external and internal security environment and its influence on the preparation of the components of the Integrated rescue system. In the work of this is described the development of the security environment of the Czech republic with an emphasis on the most significant aspects, Another area that the work addresses is the area of the basic concepts and legislation in the field of safety and Integrated rescue system. For work it is important to quality processing, research of legal norms and strategic documents of the Czech republic. The practical part of the work characterizes the current threats that can compromise the security of the state and describes the tactical exercises of the integrated rescue system, together with new trends in the field of technical equipment.
