Předkládaná disertační práce za zabývá možnostmi zapojení vysokoškolských studentů do praxe formou participace na reálných zadáních s využitím nových přístupů ve výuce, jakým je například Design Thinking. V teoretické části práce jsou představeny pojmy k tématu, trendy a směry v oblasti vysokoškolského vzdělávání ve vztahu k uplatnitelnosti absolventů na trhu práce, nastavení spolupráce s praxí vysokoškolských institucí u nás i v evropském měřítku, principy designérského myšlení a komparace existujících modelů Design Thinkingu. Ve výzkumné části práce je analyzován současný stav spolupráce s praxí na konkrétní vysoké škole, včetně hodnocení kompetencí a schopností studentů z jejich vlastního pohledu a z pohledu absolventů dané školy. Součástí praktické části i je komparativní analýza současného stavu výuky Design Thinkingu na vysokoškolské úrovni v ČR a výzkumných laboratoří při univerzitách. V projektové části disertační práce jsou navrženy modely Multimediální výzkumné laboratoře, a to v obecné rovině a druhý model pro konkrétní univerzitní pracoviště. Základní myšlenka Multimediální výzkumné laboratoře je založena na tvorbě centra pro propojení výuky s praxí, realizaci praktického výukového předmětu a zároveň vědeckého pracoviště pro studenty i pedagogy vysoké školy. Tento model bude navržen jak na základě sekundárních analýz, tak i primárního šetření u cílových skupin studentů a absolventů vysoké školy, komparativních analýz výuky Design Thinkingu na českých vysokých školách a již existujících laboratoří podobného zaměření v prostředí českého vysokého školství.
Annotation in English
The presented doctoral thesis deals with the possibilities for involvement of university students in practice by means of their participation in the performance of real-life tasks using new approaches in classes, such as, for example, Design Thinking. The theoretical part describes terms related to the topic, trends and directions in the sphere of higher education in relation to the employability of graduates in the labour market, setting of cooperation between higher education institutions and business and industry in our country as well as on a European scale, the principles of design thinking and comparison of the existing models of Design Thinking. The current state of cooperation with practice at a particular higher education institution including the assessment of competences and abilities of students from their point of view and from the perspective of graduates of the given educational institution are analysed in the research part of the thesis. A comparative analysis of the current state of Design Thinking teaching methods used at universities in the Czech Republic and in research laboratories at universities forms part of the practical part. In the project part of the doctoral thesis, models of a Multimedia Research Laboratory are designed, namely a general model and another model designed for a particular university. The fundamental idea of the Multimedia Research Laboratory is based on the establishment of a centre for liaison between education and business and industry, implementation of a practical course unit and at the same time a research unit intended for university students and teachers. This model will be designed in accordance with secondary analyses, as well as in accordance with a primary survey conducted among the target groups of students and graduates of the higher education institution, comparative analyses of Design Thinking teaching methods used at Czech higher education institutions and the existing laboratories focusing on similar issues in the environment of Czech higher education.
