Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci a požární ochrany. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část uvádí informace o základních legislativních dokumentech z oblastí bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci a požární ochrany, popisuje osoby činné v těchto oborech, uvádí zákonné požadavky pro zaměstnavatele i zaměstnance a seznamuje čtenáře se základní dokumentací. Praktická část se zabývá aplikací metod k posuzování rizik, a to konkrétně metodami Ishikawa diagram a Failure Mode and Effect Analysis. Výsledkem práce jsou zhodnocení zjištěných bezpečnostních stavů v daném objektu vybrané společnosti, výpočet možných rizik a návrhy jednotlivých opatření k nápravě těchto nedostatků.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on issues of occupational safety and health and fire protection. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part presents informations of basic legislative documents in the field of occupational safety and health and fire protection, describes persons working in these fields, lists the legal requirements for employers and employees and introduces readers to the basic documentation. The practical part focuses on the application of risk assessment methods, namely the Ishikawa diagram and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis. The result of the work is the evaluation of the identified safety conditions in the chosen object of the selected company, the calculation of possible risks and the proposals of individual measures to remedy these shortcomings.
