Cílem zpracované diplomové práce je testování a výběr nevhodnějšího materiálu pro vý-robu pryžových forem nazvaných jako flexibel a jeho použití ve slévárenském procesu výroby segmentových vulkanizačních forem pro výrobu osobních pneumatik. Teoretická část se věnuje rozdělení polymerních materiálů se zaměřením na pryže, měření jejich vlastností a vytýčení cílů práce. V praktické části je popsána výroba forem, selekce vhod-ných materiálů, samotné testování vzorků a vyhodnocení výsledků.

The goal of this theses is to test and select the most suitable material for the production of rubber molds called flexibel and its use in the foundry process for production of seg-ment vulcanization molds for the production of tires. The theoretical part deals with the distribution of polymer materials with a focus on rubbers, measuring their properties and setting goals of the thesis. The practical part describes mold production, selection of sui-table materials, testing of samples with evaluation and discussion of results.
