Bakalářská práce je členěna na osm kapitol a na následující podkapitoly. V prvních kapitolách jsou vysvětleny důležité pojmy, k pochopení. V dalších je rozlišen způsob organizování prevence a vyjmenovány instituce působící v systému prevence. V posledních kapitolách je popsána spolupráce Policie ČR se školskými institucemi a představení preventivních programů probíhajících ve městě Třebíč. K pochopení důležitosti působení prevence kriminality jsou v další kapitole uvedeny sociálně patologické jevy.
Závěrem je konstatována důležitost preventivního působení na děti a mládež.
Práce je určena pro zainteresované pracovníky prevence kriminality, k seznámení s fungujícími programy prevence kriminality.

This Bachelor dissertation is divided into eight chapters followed by sub-chapters. The introductory chapters contain explanation of important concepts for better understanding. The ones that follow differentiate ways of prevention organization and name institutions engaged in the system of prevention. The final chapters describe cooperation between The Police of the Czech Republic and school institutions, introducing those preventative programs currently in effect in the town of Třebíč. Some socio-pathological phenomena are quoted for understanding the importance of criminality prevention.
In closing, this paper states the importance of having a preventative influence on children and youth.
This dissertation work is intended for those involved in the prevention of criminality, to familiarize them with functioning criminality prevention programs.
