Cieľom diplomovej práce bolo vytvoriť návrhy na modernizáciu počítačovej siete v Základnej škole J. A. Komenského v Čadci. V úvode práce sú vysvetlené základné in-formácie o počítačových sieťach, ich topológiách, aktívnych a pasívnych prvkoch v sieťach, používaných štandardoch a bezpečnosti v bezdrôtových sieťach. V praktickej časti práce sa popisuje aktuálny stav siete, jej nedostatky a nevhodné riešenia. Zadefinované sú očakávanie novej siete. Následne boli vypracované tri návrhy na modernizáciu podľa rozsahu modernizácie, použitých zariadení a ekonomických ukazovateľov. V návrhoch sú zakomponované použité nové sieťové zariadenia, použité technológie, mapy štruktúrovanej kabeláže, popis zariadení, príprava na implementáciu návrhu, cenová kalkulácia. V závere sú porovnané navrhované riešenia.

The aim of my theoretic bachelor thesis was to make drafts to modernization od computer network in J. A. Komenský Primary School in Čadca. In the introduction of thesis are explained the basic informations about computer networks, its topologies, active and passive elements in networks, used standards and security in safety network. In the practical part is described the actuall state of the school network, its deficiencies and wrong solutions. There are defined the expectations of the new network. There are prepared three drafts for modernization of the network by range of the modernization, used equipments and by economical indicators. There are included the new network equipment in drafts, used technologies, the maps of structure of cabling. There is a description of equipment, preparation to implementation of draft and price calculation too. In the end of work are compared all proposed drafts.
