Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout vhodné financování investičního záměru společnosti XY, s. r. o. V teoretické části jsou investice a investiční projekty klasifikovány dle různých hledisek. Dále tato část obsahuje poznatky o finanční analýze. V neposlední řadě je zaměřena na možnosti financování investičního záměru a metody hodnocení efektivnosti, SWOT-analýzu a rizikovou analýzu. V praktické části se nachází představení společnosti XY, její historie a hlavní činnosti výroby. Následuje podrobně vypracována finanční analýza s potřebnými ukazateli, díky kterým jsou navrženy možnosti financování investice. V závěrečné části je zhodnocena efektivnost investice, je vypracována SWOT-analýza, riziková analýza a v poslední řadě celkové zhodnocení projektu.

The main aim of this diploma thesis is to provide a convenient business plan funding for the XY Company Ltd. The theoretical part contains investments and investment projects which are classified according to several aspects. Next, this section contains information concerning the financial analysis. Finally, it is focused on the possibility of the business plan funding together with the methods for evaluating the effectiveness. SWOT-analysis and risk analysis are included as well. In the practical part, the introduction of the company XY its history and main activities of the production are introduced. Following section focuses on a detailed financial analysis prepared with the necessary indicators with the aid of which further investment options are proposed. The final section evaluates the effectiveness of the investment, the SWOT-analysis the risk analysis as well as an overall project evaluation.
