Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na komunikaci mezi pracovníky, kteří pečují o seniory v domovech pro seniory. Teoretická část obsahuje problematiku stáří, stárnutí, popis jednotlivých služeb pro seniory, teoretická východiska pracovních týmů a pracovníků pečujících o seniory v domovech pro seniory. Věnuji se také teoretickým aspektům komunikace v týmu. Cílem praktické části je popsat, jak probíhá komunikace v týmu pečujících pracovníků v konkrétním domově pro seniory. Ve výzkumu jsem vycházela z kvalitativní analýzy rozhovorů s pracovníky.

The bachelor work is focused on communication among workers, who look after the seniors in the nursing homes. The theoretical part is dealing with problematic of old-age, ageing process, description of the particular services for the seniors, problematic of theoretical data of the working teams and the workers looking after seniors in the nursing homes. I deal with theoretical aspects of communication a team as well. The object of the practical part is describe the way of communication in the team of workers in particular nursing home. In the research I came up from qualitative analysis of the interviews with the workers.
