Tato práce pojednává o důležitých aspektech činnosti v oblasti vztahů organizace s veřejností. V práci jsou popsány na příkladu Celní správy ČR úkoly a činnosti, které vykonává útvar vztahů s veřejností a tiskoví mluvčí organizace. Práce popisuje i další komunikační aktivity, které slouží k vytváření a udržování dobrých vztahů organizace s veřejností. Především je ale zaměřena na práci tiskových mluvčí, pojednává o základních tématech, jejichž znalost je předpokladem k úspěšné spolupráci s médii. Tato bakalářská práce také obsahuje informace o etice, legislativě a sociálně pedagogických aspektech komunikace organizace s veřejností.

This work deals with essential activity aspects regarding relations of an organization with the public. As an example, this work is using the Czech Republic Customs Administration in its tasks and activities carried out by the PR department and the spokesman toward general public. Furthermore, other activities of communication that serve to create and maintain good relations of an organization with public are described. However, the main focus is on spokesmen job and knowledge of basic topics, which are essential to successfully cooperate with news media. These Bachelor Thesis also include some information about ethics, legislature and socially educational aspects of communication of an organization with public.
