Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvořit manažerskou hru pro firmu Coleman. Na základě požadavků firmy by tato hra měla být určená především pro zákazníky společnosti Coleman, kteří mají kvalitní technické vzdělání, ale ve finančním chodu své firmy se velmi neumí orientovat.
Tato práce by jim měla hravou formou ukázat jak využívat jednotlivé finanční pro-dukty jako např. skonto, úvěr.
V teoretické části této práce je popsán postup tvorby manažerských her a jejich ná-sledné využití ve vzdělávání. Jsou tu vytýčeny problémy, které mohou nastat při tvorbě manažerské hry.
V projektové časti je popsán vývoj tvorby hry, popis jednotlivých komponent hry a jejich význam, pravidla hry, aby hráči byli schopní hru správně hrát. V závěru práce jsem shrnula přínosy, které hra přinesla společnosti Coleman a jejich zákazníkům.

The main of this diploma work is to develop a manager game for company Cole-man. Depending on the requirements of the firm Coleman, the game would predominantly target the firm’s clients who possess adequate technical sophistication but find it challeng-ing to manage the finances of their company.
This paper shows how the clients can, using this game, use such various financial products as bulk rebates, credit.
The theoretical section of this paper describes the framework of developing various management games and the educational uses thereof, with a special emphasis of problem that may arise during such game development.
The development section then deals with the creation of the game, description of the individual game components and their roles, and game rules so that the managers play the game correctly. The final chapter of the thesis summarizes the contributions the game made to the company Coleman and its clients.
