Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na specifika ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů s hematoonkologickým onemocněním. Cílem práce je zjistit a definovat jednotlivá specifika v různých věkových skupinách.
V teoretické části se okrajově zabývám pojmem, jako je ošetřovatelství, zdraví a následně modelem fungujícího zdraví dle Marjory Gordonové. Dále jsou uvedena nejčastější hematoonkologická onemocnění, kde je popsána jejich diagnostika a léčba. Na závěr teoretické části jsou determinována specifika ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů s uvedenými onemocněními se symptomatologií, jako je anemický syndrom, bolest, únava apod.
V praktické části je hlavním těžištěm sběr informací od klientů s danou problematikou formou řízeného rozhovoru a zpracování kazuistik.

This Bachelor thesis is focused on particularities of nursing care required at patients with hematooncological diseases. The aim is to discover and define individual specifics in different age groups.
In the theoretical part, the definitions of basic terms such as nursing care, health and the model of functional health according to Marjory Gordon are given. These terms are followed by explanation of the most common hematooncological diseases, when their diagnostics and mediacal treatments have been described. At the end of the theoretical part, the specifics of nursing care of patients with described diseases with their symtomatology such as anemic syndrome, pain, fatigue are determined.
The main purpose of the practical part is to gather information from clients with the explained diseases, the form was a managed dialog and it has been followed by the interpretation of the search.
