Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou racionalizácie procesu vychystávania montážnej linky vo vybranej spoločnosti. Cieľom práce je skrátenie času tohto procesu, dĺžky logistických trás a reorganizácia skladových priestorov. Ako hlavný prostriedok pre analýzu stavu procesu slúži Job Breakdown Sheet, ktorý spoločne so zmapovaním sklado-vých priestorov umožňuje navrhnúť konkrétne riešenia, a tento proces internej logistiky zrevidovať. V práci je využitý aj Spaghetti diagram, ktorý umožňuje graficky znázorniť logistické trasy v stave pred zmenou a spoločne s novovytvoreným procesom slúži ako výstup práce. Na záver sú zhodnotené výsledky a taktiež uvedené ďalšie návrhy týkajúce sa nadväzujúcich procesov internej logistiky.

This diploma thesis deals with the rationalization of picking process of the assembly line in the selected company. The aim of the work is to shorten the time of this process, the length of logistical routes and the reorganization of warehouse space. The Job Breakdown Sheet serves as the primary tool of analyzing process status, which, together with the mapping of warehouse areas, allows to design the concrete solutions and to revise this internal logis-tical process. A Spaghetti diagram is also used in the work, which allows to graphically represent the logistical routes in the state before the change and together with the newly created process serves as an output of the work. Finally, the results and other proposals for the follow-up internal logistics processes are evaluated.
