Diplomová práca sa zaoberá racionalizáciou internej logistiky v spoločnosti Koyo Bearings Česká republika s. r. o. Teoretická časť obsahuje literárnu rešerš a teoretické východiská pre spracovanie praktickej časti. Zaoberá sa logistikou, výrobnou logistikou a nástrojmi slúžiacimi na analyzovanie výrobnej logistiky. Na začiatku praktickej časti je predstavená spoločnosť Koyo Bearings Česká republika s. r. o. Následne sa praktická časť člení na analytickú a projektovú časť. Analytická časť využíva metódy, nástroje a techniky priemyselného inžinierstva, ako časové štúdie, Spaghetti diagram, Paretovu analýzu a Sankey diagram, na analýzu súčasného stavu a jeho zhodnotenie. Na základe výsledkov analytickej časti sa v projektovej časti formuloval projektový návrh, ktorý je v závere zhodnotený.

The Master thesis focuses on the rationalization of the internal logistics in Koyo Bearings Czech Republic Ltd. The theoretical part of the thesis includes the relevant research fin-dings and theoretical background required in the practical part of the thesis. The practical part is focused on the logistics, production logistics, and the tools used for the analysis of the production logistics. The beginning of the practical part introduces Koyo Bearings Czech Republic Ltd., and subsequently, is divided into the analytical section and the project section. The analytical section uses the methods, tools, and techniques of the industrial engineering, such as time studies, Spaghetti diagram, Pareto analysis, and Sankey diagram for the analysis of the current state and its assessment. The project proposal based on the results of the analytical part is presented in the project part of the thesis and is evaluated in the conclusion.
