Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán, na jehož základě může být založeno fitness centrum. Projekt se soustředí na malý trh města Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou, kde chybí dobře vybavená posilovna poskytující kvalitní služby. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány všechny fáze při zakládání podniku. V praktické části je cílem vytvořit analýzy, které se zakládají na teoretické části práce, a jsou nezbytné pro vyhodnocení projektu.

The bachelor theses aims to create a business plan, on the basis of which a feasible fitness center could be established. The project is focused on a market of the small town Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou, which lacks well-equipped gym with quality services. In the theoretical part, all the essential phases when establishing the business are introduced. In the practical part, the aim is to provide an analysis based on the theoretical part, necessary for the validation of the project.
