Diplomová práce se zabývá založením nového podniku a jeho budoucí obchodní činností. Na základě teoretických poznatků je vypracována analýzy současného stavu podniku a jeho okolí. Výsledky jsou použity v projektové části při konkrétní realizace podnikatel-ského záměru. Výstup z této práce bude použit při realizaci projektu na rozšíření obchod-ní činnosti podnikatele.

This diploma thesis handle with the foundation of a new company and its future business activities. Analysis of current state of the company and its surroundings is based on theo-retical knowledge of this thesis. The results are used in the project part for specific reali-zation of business plan. The output of this thesis will be used in the real implementation of the project to expand the business activity of entrepreneur.
