Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analyzovat podnikatelské prostředí firmy Motorest Zádveřice a zhodnotit, jak se firma připravovala na vstup do EU. Ve své práci bych chtěla nejprve charakterizovat činnosti podniku před vstupem do EU, které provedl v souladu s právem Evropských společenství. Na základě dotazníků určených pro zákazníky motorestu a zaměstnance, provedu průzkum trhu. Informace získané z dotazníků, z rozhovoru s majitelem firmy a z podnikových písemností mi poslouží jako podklad pro vypracování SWOT analýzy.
Na závěr bych chtěla zhodnotit silné a slabé stránky firmy, příležitosti a hrozby z vnějšího prostředí a navrhnout opatření ke zvýšení efektivnosti činnosti firmy Motorest Zádveřice.
Annotation in English
The aim of my diploma project is to analyse the business surroundings of the firm Motorest Zádveřice and to give some information about its preparation before the entry to the EU. As the methods of the research I will use questionnaires for customers, for employees and interview with proprietor of the company. The results from research and information from materials of the company I will use in the SWOT analysis. In the SWOT analysis I would like to evaluate strong and weak points of the firm and opportunitties and threats from outer surroundings.
In the end I will recommend arrangement, which can help to increase effectiveness of the firm's activity.
