Diplomová práce se orientuje na začínajícího výzkumníka a jeho profilování v magisterském studiu. Jejím cílem je zjistit možnosti a limity osobního profilování začínajících výzkumníků v magisterském studiu. Teoretická část se zabývá postavením začínajícího výzkumníka v oblasti vědy a výzkumu. První kapitola je orientována na oblast vztahu vědy a výzkumu a jejich definici, výzkum v pedagogických a technických oblastech studia, dále na pozici vý-zkumu v České republice a Evropské unii a etiku ve výzkumu. Další kapitola je věnována samotnému začínajícímu výzkumníkovi a vymezením tohoto pojmu. Praktická část se zabý-vá výzkumem, který je spojen se zjištěním a porovnáním možností a limitů profilování, zájmů a představ o výzkumu začínajících výzkumníků v humanitním a technickém oboru ve Zlíně. Použitou výzkumnou metodou je polostrukturovaný rozhovor a obsahová analýza textu v podobě eseje. Výsledkem této práce je popis zjištěného stavu profilování začínají-cích výzkumníků v magisterském studiu.
Annotation in English
This thesis focuses on the novice researcher and his profiling in a master's degree . Its aim is to explore the possibilities and limits of personal profiling novice researchers in the master's program. The theoretical part deals with the role novice researcher in the field of science and research. The first chapter is focused on the area of the relationship of science and re-search and their definition, on research in educational and technical fields of study, further research position in the Czech Republic and the European Union and ethics in research. Another chapter is devoted to the novice researcher a definitiv of this term. The practical part deals with the research , which is connected with the finding and comparing the possibilities and limits of profiling, interests and ideas about research of beginning re-searchers in the humanities and technical field in Zlín. Used research method is a semi-structured interview and content analysis in the form of essays. The result of this work is to describe to the condition of profiling of beginning researchers in the master's program.
