Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření projektu modernizace oddělení anesteziologie, resuscitace a intenzivní medicíny Krajské Baťovi nemocnice ve Zlíně. Teoretická část diplomové práce je tvořena pěti kapitolami, které tvoří teoretický rámec pro tvorbu projektu. Praktická část se skládá z analytické a projektové části. Analytická část detailněji přestavuje zdravotnické zařízení a oddělení anesteziologie, resuscitace a intenzivní medicíny, na kterou je vypracována marketingová analýza. Projektovou část tvoří vypracování projektu modernizace uvedeného oddělení s využitím časové, nákladové a rizikové analýzy.

The aim of the thesis is to create a project of modernization of the department of anesthesiology, resuscitation and intensive medicine in Baťa Regional Hospital in Zlín. The theoretical part of the thesis consists of five chapters, which form the theoretical framework for project creation. The practical part consists of analytical and project part. The analytical part presents in more detail the medical facility and the department of anesthesiology, resuscitation and intensive medicine, on which the marketing analysis is elaborated. The project part consists of elaboration of the project of modernization of the mentioned department using time, cost and risk analysis.
