Tématem mé diplomové práce je využití možností managementu v pozici vedoucího radiologického asistenta na Radiologické klinice ve Fakultní nemocnici Olomouc. Tato práce sleduje nejnovější trendy v oblasti managementu ve zdravotnictví a využívá je pro aplikaci na oblast radiologie. Zaměřena je na konkrétní manažerskou činnost v rámci střední linie manažerů - vedoucího radiologického asistenta, chod Radiologické kliniky, její řízení a navrhuje možná zlepšení stávajících postupů.
Teoretická část práce se věnuje východiskům obecného managementu, jeho základním fázím, a popisuje strategické řízení ve zdravotnických zařízeních. Získané poznatky jsou uplatňovány v oblasti zdravotnictví, využity k rozboru jeho aktuálního stavu a strukturálního členění nemocnic.
Praktická část popisuje fungování Fakultní nemocnice v Olomouci, provádí analýzu současného stavu managementu na Radiologické klinice této nemocnice, charakterizuje roli manažerů v oboru radiologie, jejich vlastnosti a role a navrhuje projekt zlepšení stávající situace a následně jej hodnotí z hlediska možnosti implementace do praxe.

The topic of my thesis is the use of management options in the position of head of radiological assistant at the Radiological Clinic in the University Hospital Olomouc. This work follows the latest trends in health care management and uses them for application to the radiology. It focuses on specific managerial activities within the middle line of managers - the head of the radiology assistant, the operation of the Radiology Clinic, its management and suggests possible improvements to existing procedures.
The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the basics of general management, its basic phases, and describes the strategic management in healthcare facilities. The acquired knowledge is applied in the field of health care, used to analyze its current state and structural classification of hospitals.
The practical part describes the functioning of the University Hospital in Olomouc, analyzes the current state of management at the Radiology Clinic of this hospital, characterizes the role of managers in the field of radiology, their characteristics and roles and proposes a project to improve the current situation and then evaluate it in terms of implementation.
