The bachelor thesis deals with the personal data protection as a part of
fundamental rights of man, with the focus on The Police Department of the Czech Republic. It further describes the historical development of human rights, legal protection inclusive the repressive aspect and, of course the legislative framework of Police of The Czech Republic.
