Tato práce je věnována problematice syndromu CAN, což znamená syndrom týraných, zneužívaných a zanedbávaných dětí. Jedná se o velmi složitou a náročnou problematiku, proto je poměrně velká část věnována pojmosloví a vysvětlení jednotlivých pojmů. Součástí práce též přehled právních dokumentů, které řeší problém ochrany dětské populace. V práci je popsána i prevence syndromu CAN, zjištění, diagnostika a léčení, včetně možnosti interdisciplinárního přístupu k jeho řešení, jsou zde uvedeny organizace řešící problematiku a obsahová náplň sociálního pracovníka.

This work is granted to the problematic of syndrom CAN , which means syndrom of torment, misused and neglected child. This problematic is very complex and demanding, therefore substantial part is aimed in theoretical chapter to the conception and individual concepts. One of the components of the work is conception of documents in law of children rights. I describe prevetion and diagnostic of syndrom CAN and interdisciplinary approach to it´s solution creates also part of the theoretical chapter. In subsequent chapter is given the systematization of oragizations connected with solutions of syndrom CAN as well as professional contant of social specialist.
