Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou mezigeneračních vztahů, konkrétně vztahů mezi generací seniorů a žáků středních škol. Teoretická část slouží k objasnění základních pojmů, vymezuje pojem generace, mladší generace zahrnující také dospívání. Součástí jsou psychické a fyzické změny v dospívání. Nalezneme zde také popis starší generace včetně psychických změn, tělesných změn, předsudků vůči stáří, a také stárnutí populace. V teoretické části je kapitola zabývající se mezigeneračními vztahy a postoji ke stáří a seniorům, zahrnující mezigenerační komunikaci a mezigenerační konflikt. Dále zmiňujeme návrh prevence mezigeneračních konfliktů. V praktické části se pomocí kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření snažíme odhalit pohled na mezigenerační vztahy, postoje vůči stáří a seniorům, také pohled na pojem senior a jak tento pohled ovlivňují námi stanovené determinanty.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of intergenerational relatioships, specifically the relationship between generation of seniors and high school students. The theoretical part serves to clarify the basic concepts, defines the notion of generation, including the younger generation, which also ecompasses adolescence. Psychlogical and physical changes in adolescence are included. The theoretical part also describes the older generation, including psychological changes, physical changes, prejudices against old age, and the aging population. There i salso a chapter on intergenerational relationships and attitudes towards old age and the elderly in the theoretical section, including intergenerational communication and intergenerational conflict. Furthermore, we also mention a proposal for the prevention of intergenerational conflict. In the practical part, we use a quantitative questionnaire survey to reveal the view on intergenerational relations, attitudes towards old age and senior, also the view on the concept of senior and how this view is influenced by the determinants we have identified.

Vymezení terminologie a teoretických východisek z oblasti života ve stáří, mezigeneračních vztahů, postojů současné mladé generace a prevence mezigeneračních konfliktů. Příprava metodiky empirické části, zpracování projektu výzkumu a stanovení výzkumného problému.
Realizace kvantitativního výzkumu formou dotazníkového šetření. Zpracování a vyhodnocení získaných dat, včetně jejich interpretace. Prezentace výsledků výzkumu, jejich shrnutí a doporučení pro praxi.
