Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci. V teoretické části jsou popsány všeobecné podmínky pro bezpečnost práce a ochranu zdraví při práci včetně péče o zaměstnance.
V praktické části se na základě vnitropodnikových podkladů zabývám způsobem realizace bezpečnosti práce a ochrany zdraví při práci v podniku Poliko a. s.
