Předložená disertační práce se zabývá mírou využití ukazatelů ekonomické udržitelnosti a následným vytvořením systému ukazatelů pro hodnocení této udržitelnosti v podnicích cestovního ruchu. Druh podniku dle klasifikace CZ NACE je vymezen v průběhu samotného výzkumu. První část práce se soustřeďuje na popis současného stavu v oblasti cestovního ruchu, udržitelnosti a jejího měření v zahraničních i domácích podmínkách. Navazující částí tvoří popis cílů, postupů a hypotéz práce, které vyplynuly z průzkumu literárních pramenů a následná charakteristika aplikovaných metod zpracování práce. Klíčovou částí je poslední část práce, která mapuje výsledky vlastního kvalitativního a kvantitativního výzkumu, které vedou k následnému splnění hlavního cíle. Hlavním cílem práce je zjištění míry využití ukazatelů ekonomické udržitelnosti v podnicích cestovního ruchu a na základě toho sestavení systému ukazatelů pro hodnocení ekonomické udržitelnosti pro tyto podniky.
Annotation in English
The given dissertation thesis focuses on the use of indicators in economic sustainability and the subsequent creation of a system of indicators for the assessment of businesses in tourism. The type of tourism business according to the CZ NACE classification will be further specified within the research. The first part of this thesis focuses on the description of theoretical knowledge in tourism, as well as the measuring the sustainability within foreign and domestic conditions. The next part deals with a description of the objectives, processes and hypotheses of the work that resulted from the literary research and subsequent characteristics of the applied methods. The key part is the final section of the theses that maps the results of own qualitative and quantitative research which leads to the subsequent fulfilling of the main goal. The main goal is to determine the extent to which economic sustainability indicators are used in tourism businesses and extract enough information to create a system of indicators for the assessment of economic sustainability.
