Annotation Tato práce se zaměřuje na jedno z často diskutovaných témat 21. století, a to stárnutí populace. Cílem disertační práce je vytvoření modelu etické a efektivní marketingové komunikace zaměřené na cílový segment 55+. Trh nabídky volnočasových služeb byl vybrán jako klíčový trh pro tuto cílovou skupinu, především proto, že právě volnočasové aktivity výrazně ovlivňují způsob a kvalitu života této cílové skupiny obyvatel. Model efektivní a etické marketingové komunikace ukázal, že cílová skupina nejvíce preferuje tištěnou reklamu (letáky a katalogy), novinové články a webové stránky. Z etického hlediska pak tato cílová skupina klade velký důraz na slušnost, morální zásady a pravdivost informací uváděných v reklamách. Tyto nástroje a poznatky mohou firmy a organizace implementovat do svých kampaní marketingové komunikace a lépe tak oslovit tuto skupinu obyvatel.
Annotation in English This doctoral thesis is focused on one of the current discussions in the 21st century, it is population aging. The aim of this work is suggestion of ethical and effective model of marketing communication tools focused on target group over 55 years old. The leisure market was chosen as a key market for this target group. The reason is following: leisure activities significantly influenced elderly people and their quality of life. The main findings of this work are marketing communication tools which are the most preferred by the target group. From the ethical glance target group puts strong importance on truth information and politeness in the marketing communication. The contribution of this work is: identification of effective marketing communication tools and ethical glance of marketing communication by target group over 55 years old.
