Annotation Bakalářská práce zkoumá problematiku výskytu sociálně-patologického jevu šikana na druhém stupni základních škol, a to komparativně ve 2 zemích EU - České Republice a Irské Republice. Poněvadž jde o téma velmi rozsáhlé, zabývá se tato práce pouze dílčími aspekty celé problematiky. Nejprve je z teoretického pohledu analyzována sociálně-pedagogická definice šikany a sní spojené pojmy-agrese, typologie obětí, dále jsou hlouběji zkoumány formy a metody prevence šikany ve školách v obou zemích. Cílem teoretické části práce je také postihnout historii boje proti šikaně spolu s preventivními programy, medializací a publicitou problematiky a pojednat o hlavních představitelích a tvůrcích prevence v obou zemích.
Annotation in English This bachelor-degree thesis compares incidences of the socio-pathological phenomenon of bullying at second grade of primary schools in 2 EU countries, Czech and Irish Republics. As the subject is quite wide, this thesis inquires into some of its problematics aspects. The first, theoretical part analyses definition of bullying and related notions and compares bullying prevention policies in both countries. The history of coping with bullying together with its promotion in the media with the main actors and their metodology in both countries are also dealt within this analytical background. The practical research, part refers to survey-data analysing so as to the preventive measures effectiveness with 14 and 15 years old students, pupils‘ awareness of the anti-bullying policies and compares the causes for. The survey questions are stemming from the theoretical background depictured in the first part. The thesis aspires to compare pupils‘ perception of the bullying, describe its forms in both countries and compare the theoretical point of view with the concerned insights.
