Cílem této práce je provést literární průzkum využití fototerapie v kosmetice. Pozornost je zaměřena na popis vlastností světla, jeho rozdělení a možnosti jeho polarizace. Dále je fototerapie diskutována z hlediska rozdělení podle povahy záření. Rovněž jsou zde uvedeny metodiky používané ve fototerapii, mezi které patří například: lasery, biolampy, LED a IPL přístroje. V poslední kapitole této práce je rozebrána fotodynamická terapie

The aim of this thesis is to conduct the literary survey of use of a phototherapy in cosme-tics. Attention is focused on description of characteristics of light, its disperse and possibi-lity of its polarization. Furthermore, the phototherapy is discussed in terms of dividing by the nature of radiation. There are also mentioned methodologies used in the phototherapy, including for example: lasers, biolamps, LED and IPL devices. The photodynamic therapy is analyzed in the last charter of this thesis.
