Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na popis onemocnění a anatomickou stavbu prsní žlázy, prevenci a rizikové faktory vzniku onemocnění, klasifikaci onemocnění, klinický obraz onemocnění, diagnostické vyšetřovací metody, následnou léčbu a možné komplikace, které mohou v pooperačním období vzniknout. Praktická část je soustředěna na kvantitativní výzkum, který je veden formou dotazníkového šetření. Cílem práce je zjistit četnost výskytu komplikací po chirurgickém léčení karcinomu prsu, míru informovanosti pacientů o možném vzniku pooperačních komplikací a zjistit, které komplikace se vyskytují nejčastěji.

This bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the work focuses on the description of the disease and anatomical structure of the mammary gland, prevention and risk factors for disease, disease classification, clinical picture of the disease, diagnostic examination methods, subsequent treatment and possible complications that may arise in the postoperative period. The practical part is focused on quantitative research, which is conducted in the form of a questionnaire survey. The aim of the work is to determine the frequency of breast cancer, the degree of awareness of patients about the possible occurrence of postoperative complications and to find out which complications occur most often.
