Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o kriminalitě seniorů v ČR. Začátek práce se týká stáří a stárnutí osob a členění jednotlivých etap věku. V charakteristice stárnutí jsou uvedeny duševní i fyzické změny spojené s touto životní etapou, dále je vysvětlen pojem senior a popsán vliv prostředí na páchání kriminality seniorů s odkazem na jejich dětství a mládí. Kriminalita, její historie a současnost v ČR a spolu s tímto sociálně patologickým jevem, je popsán v následující kapitole. K tomu je popsána forma a specifika kriminality seniorů. Následuje výkon trestu v ČR jeho podmínky spolu s výší trestu. Na to navazuje penitenciární a postpenitenciární péče o osoby ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Bakalářská práce je zakončena kapitolou o prevenci kriminality seniorů.

The topic of this Bachelor thesis is criminality of senior citizens in the Czech Republic. The first part deals with the issue of age and ageing and presents the classification of individual life stages. The chapter on characteristics of ageing includes mental and physical changes associated with this life stage. Further the concept ?senior? is explained, and the impact of environment on performing an illegal act is described with reference to thechildhood and juvenile age of seniors. The following chapter is concerned with criminality, its history, and the current state of this social-pathological phenomenon in the Czech Republic. The form and specificity of criminality committed by seniors is described in more details. Thereinafter the thesis deals with the execution of a punishment and its conditions in the Czech Republic, as well as with the level of punishment. The following action addresses the penal and postpenal care of persons sentenced to life imprisonment. The Bachalor thesis concludes with a chapter devoted to the prevention of criminality of seniors.

Research Plan
Ve své práci se budu zabývat problematikou kriminality seniorů. Práce se bude věnovat vymezení pojmu stáří a jeho druhy dále pojmu kriminalita a jejími formami. Šetření bude orientováno na kazuistku, analýzu a komparaci. V praktické části se budu zabývat kriminalitou seniorů v různých historických obdobích našeho národa od středověku až po současnost a dále porovnávat statistické materiály.
Cílem bakalářské práce bude zjistit, popsat a analyzovat možné souvislosti s pácháním kriminality seniorů se sociálním klimatem a následně navrhnout konkrétní opatření v rámci prevence vzniku těchto sociálně patologických jevů.
Research Plan
