Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza rizik vybraného výrobního procesu. Vybraná organizace se zabývá osazováním desek plošných spojů a podporuje prvky koncepce Průmyslu 4.0 (vedení podniku si nepřeje název organizace zveřejňovat). První část práce je zpracována s ohledem na Průmysl 4. 0. Druhá část práce začíná charakteristikou organizace, identifikací rizik a pokračuje následnou analýzou jejich příčin. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje doporučení, co všechno by mohla výrobní organizace zlepšit.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the risk analysis of a selected production process. The selected organization is involved in PCB assembly and supports elements of the Industry 4.0 conception. (The management does not allow publishing the name of the organization). The first part of the thesis is processed with respect to the Industry 4.0 conception. The second part of the thesis begins with the organization's features, risk identification and con-tinues with the subsequent analysis of their causes. The final part of the thesis contains recommendations what could be improved in the production organization.
