Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stresu a copingových strategií v profesi pedagogického pracovníka. První část teoretické části práce objasňuje pojmy stres, stresor, druhy a příznaky stresu a copingové strategie z obecného hlediska. Druhá část se zabývá problematikou stresu z hlediska pedagogické profese.
Praktická část práce je zaměřená na zjištění a porovnání volby copingových strategií u pedagogických pracovníků základních škol.

Bachelor thesis deals with problems of stress and coping strategies in the profession of pedagogical worker. The first part of the theoretical part explains the concepts of stress, stressor, types and symptoms of stress and coping strategies from a general point of view. The second part deals with the issue of stress from the point of view of pedagogical profession.
The practical part of the thesis is focused on finding and comparing the choices of coping strategies among pedagogical staff of elementary schools.
