Annotation Cílem bakalářské práce je najít vhodné lepidlo pro pryžokovový výrobek, který je používán v AdBlue v čerpadle nákladního automobilu. Teoretická část bakalářské práce obsahuje teorii adheze a adhezivních systémů, kapitolu věnující se technologickým podmínkám a faktorům ovlivňujícím kvalitu lepeného spoje a seznamuje s možnostmi testování lepených spojů. Navazující praktická část pojednává o přípravě a výrobě zkušebních vzorků, měření pevnosti spoje pryžokovového výrobku zkouškou v odlupování na přístroji Instron Tensometer 3360 a vyhodnocení naměřených výsledků. Testováním byla zjištěna největší nosnost spoje po vystavení výrobku močovině v případě aplikace lepidla MEGUM 15637.
Annotation in English The goal of the bachelor thesis is to find the appropriate adhesive for rubber to metal molding product used in AdBlue in the truck pump. The theoretical part contains the general theory of adhesion and adhesive bonding system, technological conditions for the proper bonding and factors affecting the strength of glued joints and a summary of test methods. The following practical part is about the preparation and the production of the specimens, the peel test of the rubber-metal part on the Instron Tensometer 3360 device and the discussion of the results. The best results were found after the AdBlue exposure with the adhesive MEGUM 15637.

Cílem bakalářské práce je najít vhodné lepidlo pro pryžokovový výrobek, který je používán v AdBlue v čerpadle nákladního automobilu.
